All carpets are 100% handmade, woven over a period of 3 to 6 months of work. Larger carpets may take up to 1 year of handwork. Every carpet is unique: no two are the same. Each one has its own story and a place of origin, supporting local village economies in rural regions of Iran and Afghanistan. Returns and refunds will only be accepted if the carpet arrives damaged. Detailed photos and video will be taken of the carpet prior to and during shipping.
